Prerequisites
- Premier Developer Support (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
- A Zoom account developer, admin, or owner is required to submit the ticket.
Submit a request
- Sign in to the Developer Support site as a Zoom account developer, admin, or owner.
- Scroll down to the Premier Developer Support section and click Submit a Request.
- For the request type choose Technical Support.
- For the product choose Developer.
- Fill in the remaining required fields and add as many details as possible.
- Click Submit.
